Requirements

• Minimum experience of 3years in Packaging/Promoting Inbound Tours. Ability to Plan & Package FIT & Group Tours
• Excellent relationships with Industry Partners such as Hotels & other Service Providers
• Strong relationships with Overseas Partners/Operators
• Computer literacy & fluency in spoken/written English
• Knowledge of Foreign Languages will be an advantage
• A thorough knowledge of the Country (Sri Lanka) and specifically, knowledge of places of Touristic Interest
• Ability to constantly search/source NEW Offerings to create repeat business from existing Clients
• Be self-motivated and capable of driving/achieving Targets with minimal Supervision
• Excellent Communications & PR Skills
• Experience in Sales/Advertising an added benefit
